Send the page URL, the field or statement involved, and a public supporting source to email@chimneysweepusaonline.com. Do not send identity documents, insurance certificates or other sensitive records by ordinary email.
For fire, a carbon-monoxide alarm, rapidly filling smoke, gas odor or immediate danger, leave the building and contact 911 or the appropriate utility from outside.
Editorial correction
Include the article URL, the exact sentence or section, the proposed correction and the strongest primary source available. We distinguish a factual correction from a difference of opinion and retain the right to explain the evidence boundary.

Company record update
Include the profile URL, company name, changed public business field and a public source controlled by the business or issuing authority. Directory staff will not accept private credentials through ordinary email or mark a business qualified based only on a request.

For privacy matters, identify the relevant page and request without sending unnecessary personal information. For general questions, remember that we cannot inspect a property, diagnose a chimney or select a contractor for you.
