Terms and Conditions

By using Chimney Sweep USA Online, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Educational and directory purpose

The site provides general education and a discovery index of chimney service companies. It does not provide an inspection, engineering opinion, code determination, emergency response, contractor recommendation or guarantee of safety or workmanship.

No endorsement

Inclusion, ordering and profile information do not constitute endorsement, certification or ranking. Business information can change. You are responsible for verifying identity, service area, credentials, insurance, licenses, permits, references, price and contract terms directly.

Safety and professional advice

Do not rely on website content to decide that a chimney or appliance is safe to use. Stop use when you suspect a fire, carbon-monoxide issue, venting failure or material damage. Contact emergency services for an active emergency and a qualified professional for on-site assessment.

Search tools and company contact

Directory filters, comparison pages, planning tools and the maintenance passport are provided for personal research. The site does not currently receive the service requests you prepare, process contractor payments or guarantee a company will respond. Contact and contract with a company directly.

Advertising and ordering

The current site does not represent company placement as a paid ranking or safety endorsement. If sponsored placement or lead services are introduced, they must be labeled and these terms must be revised to describe them accurately.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal research. You may not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious requests, misrepresent directory content or systematically copy the database except where law expressly permits.

Accuracy and availability

We aim for useful information but provide the site on an “as available” basis without warranties of completeness, accuracy, fitness or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions, contracts, property damage or losses arising from use of the site or third-party services.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Questions may be sent to email@chimneysweepusaonline.com.
